In this privacy policy ‘I’ or ‘me’ refers to Bela Flor Ltd. This policy will explain what information I collect about you and how I use it.

I only use the information collected to provide my services. I do not share or sell the information you give me for any other purpose than providing the service you require from me or insurance purposes. At any time you may request a copy of the information I have recorded about you. You may also request that all information with respect to yourself as a client is permanently deleted.
I request the minimum level of personal identification information required to run my business. This data is provided to me by you directly or by yourself filling in the forms required during online booking. I will never obtain information about you indirectly from any other sources. The information I keep on records are your full name, address, date of birth, phone number and email, emergency contact number, medical records and I will also keep a note of every appointment such as colour and products used for future reference. I consider you have given consent for me to store your information based on you receiving services from me.
I will contact you via phone, email or SMS to confirm appointments booked and remind you of your upcoming appointments. As default reminders are set for emails and SMS, if you wish to be contacted by only email or only SMS please contact me.
You may receive marketing emails related to the to the treatments you may have had in the past. I also use the marketing email to let my clients know of any last minute cancellations, and important information about the business. You may opt out of receiving marketing material at any time.

All data is kept by a cloud based booking system, OVATU PTY LTD. When booking online your card details will be taken by STRIPE.
